Today's post is all about how you can create simple holiday vibes in your home. It's a fun mix of decor items, fresh greens, scents and easy DIY's. Enjoy!
Felt Sheep - these are from West Elm and no longer available but any animal that can serve as year-round decor and adds a little fun is a keeper.
Lait candles - a friend purchased this candle for my birthday last year and I love the scent. If you prefer a diffuser, Vitruvi has this amazing holiday scent kit.
White Capiz Parol (Filipino Christmas Lantern) - this would be my holiday splurge item if I did purchase one of these parols. If you prefer to go the DIY route as a fun craft with your littles, this a great video.
Paper Ornaments - I saw these on Pinterest and thought they were so fun! These are from Crate and Barrel but there is also an Etsy template you can purchase here.
Paper Bag Stars - Another great DIY and budget project are these paper bag stars from the Kwendy Home. They look pretty simple to make and can be used all around the house.
Twinkle Lights - I love that you can add a little joy to any area using these. My cousin gave me one pack last year and I used it all year round on Quinn's book wall, indoor camping and more.
Chandelier Greens - Not sure if these will work for every chandelier but I'm planning on trying this on ours. I love how it's simple and makes a big statement at the same time.
Ornamental Cabbage - These are my favorite accents to use when making holiday arrangements and host gifts. They're so fun and I always get compliments on them.
Fresh Garland - There's nothing like fresh garland across a mantle, on the stairs, and of course down the center of the dining table.
Are you in full-on holiday vibes mode or waiting a bit longer? Do you go all out or love simple decor? Let me know what your favorite is for creating holiday vibes in your home.
